Qualifications
Qualifications for Independent Service Organizations
In order for an Independent Service Organization (ISO) to become a Radiant Service Partner, the list of requirements below must be met by the organization as a whole as well as the individual technicians:
- Internet capability
- Email accessibility
- Escalation process for dispatch and replacement related issues
- A methodology to bill hardware maintenance activity by Radiant work order number
- 3 references of prior work experience
- A+ certification of techs or minimum of 3 years experience
- Compliance with Radiant's on-site professionalism standards
- Ability to attend all mandatory web seminars
- Proof that individuals meet minimum insurance requirements
- Compliance with the Radiant Systems Service Partner contract
- Compliance with Non-Compete/Solicitation agreement
- Technicians that can meet physical requirements of the position (including but not limited to: the ability to use a ladder and lift 50 lbs). The work environment is typically a restaurant, convenience store, service station, theater, or other business setting. This includes all areas of the premises, attics and crawl spaces.
- Technicians with adequate transportation
- Valid drivers license
Qualifications for Regional Organizations (Must have all ISO requirements)

- Sufficient staffing coverage to accommodate Radiant's clients' hardware maintenance needs with regards to the geographic markets, site-operational hours and hardware stocking arrangements (minimum of 7x24x4 coverage)
- Established and documented methodology for sourcing Radiant qualified technicians
Qualifications for Preferred Status
- Ability to handle electronic dispatches and updates (Two Way Text Paging)
- Average Part Return Time of < 10 Days
- Average Comment Card Score > 3.5 on a 4 point scale
