Bakers Delight Selects POS Technology from Radiant Systems for Stores in Australia, New Zealand and Canada

International bakery franchise to deploy Quest Enterprise Manager solution in all locations

ATLANTA (December 9, 2008) – Radiant Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RADS) announced today an agreement with Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd. to implement Quest Enterprise Manager point of sale (POS) solution in the bakery operator’s 700 company-owned and franchised locations, spanning Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Bakers Delight is one of the world’s largest bakery franchises, offering more than 300 products across diverse local markets. Radiant’s Quest Enterprise Manager solution will help the company deliver fast, accurate service to the 2.5 million customers it serves each week. Franchise operators will further benefit from the POS terminal’s high reliability, ease of use, minimal maintenance requirements and low total cost of ownership. The system also will improve efficiencies at the Bakers Delight corporate offices through consolidated real-time reporting, central administration of store-level data and systems, and streamlined management of franchise royalty fees.
