John Heyman, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Heyman has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2002 and as a director of the company since June 1996. During Mr. Heyman’s tenure, Radiant has become a public company, developed a number of new products, entered new industries and segments and made a number of strategic acquisitions. Prior to serving as CEO, Mr. Heyman served as Chief Financial Officer from September 1995 to January 2003 and as Executive Vice President of the company from September 1995 to December 2001. Prior to joining Radiant, Mr. Heyman held a variety of positions in the consulting, accounting and investment banking industry. Mr. Heyman has a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Back to top
Alon Goren, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Goren has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 1985. Mr. Goren leads the design and development of innovative software and hardware solutions that drive business growth for convenience store, hospitality and entertainment operators. As co-founder of the company, Mr. Goren has led Radiant’s technology strategy and vision since its inception in 1985, overseeing the transformation of Radiant products through technology changes from basic POS to advanced consumer-centric solutions. Mr. Goren earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Back to top
Mark E. Haidet, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Haidet has served as Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2003. He joined Radiant in June of 1997 and has served in various leadership roles across the business operations. Prior to joining Radiant, Mr. Haidet served as a management consultant with Andersen Business Consulting, focusing on finance re-engineering and corporate performance management from December 1992 to June 1997. Previously, Mr. Haidet was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen’s financial audit practice. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Miami University, Ohio. Back to top
Andrew S. Heyman, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Heyman has served as Radiant Systems’ Chief Operating Officer since 2004. Mr. Heyman joined the company in 1996 and has held a variety key leadership positions including President of the Hospitality Division, Executive Vice President & President of Radiant Systems, Inc., Vice President - Convenience Store Division, and Managing Director of the Radiant Solutions Group. Mr. Heyman served as a senior manager with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) from 1987 to December 1995. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. Carlyle Taylor, President - Hardware Division
Mr. Taylor has served as President of Radiant’s Hardware Division since January 2004. Mr. Taylor served as Executive Vice President of the company from April 1998 to December 2003 and as Vice President - Integration and Support of the company from September 1995 to April 1998. Mr. Taylor worked in various capacities with NCR Corporation (formerly AT&T Global Information Solutions) in the retail information systems area from 1978 to September 1995, most recently as Assistant Vice President of the scanner business unit. Mr. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from North Carolina Wesleyan College. Back to top
Mark Schoen, President - International Division
Mr. Schoen has served as President of Radiant’s International Division since September 2008 and previously managed Radiant's international business from February 1996 to June 1999 and from July 2000 to December 2003 . During Mr. Schoen's tenure with the company, he also led the Petroleum and Convenience Retail Division for more than four years and served as the company's Director of Marketing.  Before joining Radiant in 1996, Mr. Schoen was employed by Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Clemson University and an International Master of Business Administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. Paul Langenbahn, President - Hospitality Division
Mr. Langenbahn has served as President of the Radiant Systems Hospitality Division since July 2007. Since joining the company in 1994, Mr. Langenbahn has held a variety of key leadership positions including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Channel Sales for the Hospitality Division.  Prior to this, Mr. Langenbahn served as Consulting Director for the Petroleum and Convenience Retail Division. Mr. Langenbahn attended the University of Colorado from 1986 to 1990. Back to top
Scott Kingsfield, President - Retail, Sports and Entertainment Group
Mr. Kingsfield has served as the President of the Retail, Sports and Entertainment division since 2008.  He has been with Radiant Systems since January 1997 working in various leadership roles, and in his current role serves the stadium, arena, convention center, amusement park, zoo, museum, movie theater and retail markets. He has served as Chief Marketing Officer for the company with a focus on strategy, corporate development, and corporate marketing. Prior to this, Mr. Kingsfield had accountability for all sales and customer initiatives for Radiant’s Petroleum and Convenience Retail and Hospitality divisions. Mr. Kingsfield has also served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and was responsible for business development, alliances, markets and product strategies. Before joining Radiant, Mr. Kingsfield was a management consultant within the Business Consulting practices at Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Georgia State University. Back to top

Kim Eaton, Executive Vice President - Marketing
Mrs. Eaton has served as Executive Vice President of Marketing for the company since January 2010, leading its corporate marketing efforts. She was previously employed by Radiant from 1996 to 2004, where she served in a variety of capacities in consulting, client management and marketing. Mrs. Eaton then joined BlueCube Software/RedPrairie Corporation in 2004 and held various leadership positions including President of BlueCube Software and RedPrairie’s Retail division as well as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Her professional career also includes employment at Accenture where she was a consultant for numerous retail and hospitality organizations. Mrs. Eaton earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Distributed Sciences from Iowa State University. Back to top
Keith Hicks, Executive Vice President - Human Resources
Mr. Hicks has served as Vice President of Human Resources since joining the company in June 2006. Prior to joining Radiant, Mr. Hicks worked for Accenture for more than 20 years, initially as a business consultant in the Financial Services industry and later as a senior leader in Human Resources, where he served as a member of the U.S. Executive Committee and Global HR Leadership Council. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hicks has developed extensive experience in human capital strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, talent acquisition and employee engagement. Mr. Hicks is a member of the Human Resources Executive Forum. Mr. Hicks has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee.
